      There isn't any username or Password.
      This is a cookie. You should install Cookie Generator Addon/Plugin and enter the cookie details :)
      It works fine.

    All of the cookies have reached their "You used too many different IPs" phase; however, the bypass trick with IDM, that worked so wonderfully before, doesn't now - instead of the ZIP files I want to download, IDM is loading a HTML page.

    Anyway to think that problem?
